How to delete your account
- 1. Sign in to your NerojSIM account in the mobile app or on the website.
- 2. Open Profile / Account Settings.
- 3. Choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps.
What happens after deletion?
- Your NerojSIM profile, login access, linked social sign-in connections, and active mobile sessions will be removed.
- Associated eSIM order and account-level records that are not required for legal, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes will be deleted or anonymized during processing.
- Where retention is required by law or for payment dispute handling, we may keep limited transaction metadata for the minimum required period.
